磁性分離器是清除液體中可被磁化的固體粒子的理想設(shè)備,如用于磨床及其它機床冷卻液(切削液或乳化液)的凈化。
通過分離器的磁性滾筒把冷卻液中的鐵屑吸出,使冷卻液保持干凈,使用磁性分離器可以減少砂輪修正次數(shù),提高加工件表面粗糙度,延長砂輪和冷卻液的使用壽命,同時減輕了工人勞動強度,減少了廢冷卻液對環(huán)境污染。
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
The magnetic separator is the ideal equipment for cleaning up solid particles that may be magnetized from liquid, such as purification of cooling agent (cutting oil or emulsion) used in a grinder and other machine tools.
Iron fillings are absorbed from cooling agent by magnetic roll of separator, to keep the cooling agent clean, By using of the separator, times of correcting grinding wheel will be rise, the smooth finish of work pieces will be rises, life of grinding wheel and life of cooling agent will be prolonged, the working hardness and the pollution of environment caused by waste cooling agent will be lowed greatly.
